The Medical Journal of Australia (MJA) is Australia's leading peer-reviewed medical journal that publishes the latest Australian clinical research, evidence-based reviews and debate on important issues affecting Australian health care.
The MJA publishes 23 issues in 2 volumes per year. Issues are released on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.
From January 2009, new material published in the eMJA is no longer automatically open access. Please see our Access policy page for full information, including information for AMA members.
Personal SubscriptionsPersonal subscriptions are available in a variety of levels.

Institutional SubscriptionsInstitutional PRINT ONLY subscriptions are available for purchase through the eMJA shop. These subscriptions do not provide online access to the eMJA.

Institution rates apply for any library or organisation purchasing access for use by more than one person.
Online access to the eMJA can be purchased separately or together with a print subscription. Subscription fees vary and are based on the number of Relevant Full Time Equivalents (FTEs)* located at each site.

FTE pricing tiers apply to single-site institutions only. Quotes for multi-site systems can also be provided.
